You’ll receive your printed and/or digital items, along with guidance on how to present them at the service. Many families also return to us to create heirloom books and legacy archives after the funeral.
Due to the bespoke nature of our services, all sales are final. Each design is crafted exclusively for your family and cannot be resold or repurposed. To protect your investment, we provide a proofing process prior to production so you can confirm all details. Should any mistake occur on our end, we will promptly correct and deliver a revised product at no additional cost.
