3. Custom Design Services

We offer personalized memorial design services, including digital obituary booklets and optional printed materials.
Each project includes the scope and number of revisions as outlined during booking or in your invoice. Final designs are delivered in digital format unless otherwise arranged.

Due to the customized nature of our services, all design sales are final once work begins. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.

4. Digital Products & Delivery

All digital products (including obituary designs, printable files, etc.) will be delivered via email or secure cloud-based file sharing. It is your responsibility to ensure the email provided is correct.

Once the final file has been approved and delivered, The House of Homage is not responsible for printing errors or miscommunications with third-party printers.

5. Shipping of Physical Products

For clients receiving printed materials, please refer to our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by postal carriers but will work with you to resolve any issues where possible.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its servers
