Refund & Cancellation Policy for The House of Homage

We understand that memorial planning can be a sensitive and evolving process. At The House of Homage, we are committed to providing high-touch, custom design services. Due to the nature of our work, the following policies apply:

Custom Design Services

  • All design fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • If you cancel before any design work starts, you may request a 50% refund of the total project fee to cover administrative time.

Rush Orders

  • Rush fees are non-refundable once the project is confirmed.

​

​

Edits & Revisions

  • Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions.

  • Additional revisions will incur a small fee and will be outlined before proceeding depending on the scope of work and the package selected during purchase. Final details will be outlined before any work begins.

Final Deliverables

  • Once files are delivered and approved, the project is considered complete. No further changes will be accepted unless otherwise arranged.
