At The House of Homage, our memorial design offerings include both digital delivery and, in some cases, physical printed materials. We are committed to ensuring your tribute materials arrive with care and clarity.
📧 Digital Delivery (Standard)

What’s included: All design services include digital delivery by default.

Format: Final files are delivered in high-resolution, print-ready PDF format.

Delivery Method: Files are sent securely via email or cloud link.

Typical Timeline: 3–5 business days after final design approval. Rush options available.
📦 Physical Shipping (Printed Materials)

Availability: We offer print coordination for obituary booklets, keepsake cards, and select memorial pieces.

Shipping Method: USPS, UPS, or FedEx — depending on delivery needs and timing.

Shipping Fees: Calculated and added to your invoice once your print order is finalized.

Standard: 5–7 business days post-production

Rush: 2–3 business days (additional rush fees apply)

🚗 Local Pickup Policy (Minneapolis Area)
For clients located in or near the Twin Cities:

We offer scheduled pickup for printed materials coordinated through our Minneapolis studio.

Pickup availability is Monday–Friday, typically between 10am–4pm CST.

Pickup location and details will be shared after your print order is confirmed.

Clients must confirm the pickup time via email or text to ensure smooth handoff.

Please note: Once materials are picked up, The House of Homage is not liable for any damage incurred afterward.
🌍 International Shipping (At This Time)
We currently do not offer international shipping for printed materials.
However, we welcome international clients for digital design services, and we are happy to work with your chosen local printer if needed.
Please contact us if you'd like guidance on formatting or printer specs outside of the U.S.
📬 Tracking & Delivery Notifications

All shipped items will include a tracking number via email once dispatched.

For local deliveries (if arranged), you will be contacted with an expected delivery window.
🚨 Damaged or Lost Items
If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess the issue and assist with a resolution.
