Cancellation Policy
✦ Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that grief and life circumstances can be unpredictable. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are non-refundable. In the event of an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. One courtesy reschedule may be offered at our discretion. ✦ Late Arrival Policy Late arrivals will shorten the session time and cannot be extended. If more than 10 minutes late, the session may be marked as a no-show and will not be refunded. ✦ Credit Policy Reminder Session fees may be applied toward a full tribute package when booked within 48 hours of the session. Session fees are not valid for à la carte services. ✦ Emergency Compassion Clause We hold space for grief with care and respect. In cases of genuine emergency, please contact us directly. Accommodations are not guaranteed but will always be considered thoughtfully.
